Description
General characteristics:
- Polyol foam system chemical OV-SP10H contains all necessary foaming additives, does not contain HCFC-141B, and is safe for the environment and users.
- The finished Foam system is made up of OV-SP10H and MDI (ISO) spray foam polyol chemicals that are very inert to the natural environment/ insoluble in water/ Foam is partially soluble, partially deformed in Toluene, Ethyl Acetate or Acetone.
Application:
- Finished foam specialized for soundproofing, used for karaoke rooms, residential houses... (Specialized for interior construction) applied directly with a specialized sprayer

Toxic properties and warnings:
Finished foam is made from 2 components:
- Isocyanate (A) component: MDI is a polymer isocyanate. If inhaled, it can cause respiratory irritation, and can be fatal at high concentrations. It can also cause allergic asthma, with symptoms of wheezing, choking and difficulty breathing. Anyone who is sensitive to isocyanates may develop asthma symptoms at isocyanate concentrations below the threshold limit value (TLV). People with bronchial asthma should not be exposed to isocyanates. - Isocyanates can cause skin allergies. Acute oral LD50 (rat) greater than 5g/kg. Therefore, isocyanate produces low systemic toxicity if swallowed, but it will irritate or burn the mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach. Contact with eyes or skin may cause burns or irritation of skin, eyes and mucous membranes. At high concentrations, the blowing agent can cause abnormal heart rhythms if inhaled. - You should use gloves, protective clothing and boots when coming into contact with this chemical. First aid is required in cases of direct contact with Polyol or MDI:
- If contact with eyes or skin: rinse with water for 15 minutes and call a doctor.
- If ingested: drink plenty of water, try to vomit and call a doctor.
